Görlitz & Partner is a German-rooted consulting company conducting its activity on the territory of the CIS, in particular Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Belarus. We offer the full range of consulting services, especially, to companies from German speaking countries, who already do their business or plan to start business activities in the CIS countries. Our services include consulting on the establishment of representative offices or the incorporation of legal entities, planning, structuring and implementation of M&A transactions, as well as tax consulting, outsourcing accountancy, audit (according to local regulations as well as to HGB and IFRS/IAS for the consolidation of accounts in affiliated groups) and legal & tax consultancy on the day-to-day business and operation of manufacturing companies. In doing so it is essential not only to minimize the risks of the client, but also to comply with social and cultural demands of our clients and their local partners.

In the CIS-countries Görlitz & Partner operates the offices in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Volgograd, Kiev and Almaty. At present the opening of the offices in Minsk and Novosibirsk is under way. Thanks to our co-operation partners in Germany, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria and the Baltic countries we are also able to provide our clients with comprehensive services and may engage colleagues from other offices for larger transactions or projects requiring special knowledge and experience.
