Mr. Kostyantyn Likarchuk, partner, attorney-at-law (Ukraine), LL.M. (Columbia University School of Law, New York), has been practicing as a lawyer in Kiev since 1997. In 2000 Mr. Likarchuk founded the Ukrainian law firm "Melnychenko & Likarchuk", which provides legal services to foreign and domestic companies in the field of commercial law in Ukraine, Russia and other CIS-countries. Mr. Likarchuk is specialized in tax, customs and currency law, arbitration and economic legal proceedings. Mr. Likarchuk`s native languages are Ukrainian and Russian. Mrs. Yelyzaveta Melnychenko, partner, lawyer (Ukraine), graduated from the Institute for foreign relations of the national Taras-Schwetschenko-University in Kiev, she has been practicing as a lawyer in Kiev since 2000. In 2000 Mrs. Melnychenko founded the Ukrainian law firm "Melnychenko & Likarchuk". She is specialized in company and labour law, arbitration proceedings and mediation. Mrs. Melnychenko`s native languages are Ukrainian and Russian. She is business fluent in English.

Mr. Yuriy Rylach, partner, Ukrainian lawyer, has been working as a lawyer in Kiev since 2001. Prior to joining Goerlitz & Partner Mr. Rylach worked with one of the largest international law firms. Mr. Rylach has wide experience in cross-border M&A, corporate law including international corporate group restructuring, commercial law, civil aviation law, international hotel management transactions, tax law, labour law. In his practice Mr. Rylach acted for large international hotel operators, civil aircraft leasing companies, multinational manufacture and trade companies.
