Mr. Hermann Görlitz, partner, graduated from the law school in the USSR and in Germany, obtained a PhD degree in Russia, is an attorney-at-law (Rechtsanwalt) in Germany. Since 1996 he has been providing legal services to western investors in Moscow. Before founding Görlitz & Partner in 2004, Mr. Görlitz had been the head of Moscow office of major German auditing, tax and legal consultancy firm. Mr. Görlitz's native languages are German and Russian. He is also responsible for the projects in Kazakhstan and Ukraine.

Mrs. Marina Görlitz, partner, attorney-at-law (Rechtsanwältin) in Germany, studied in the USSR and in Germany. Since 1998 she has been providing legal services to clients from western Europe in the CIS-countries. Before the foundation of Görlitz & Partner she had worked for major German auditing, tax and legal consultancy firm in Moscow and Nuremberg. Mrs. Görlitz's native languages are German and Russian.

Mr. Helge Masannek, partner, attorney-at-law (Rechtsanwalt) in Germany, graduated from the University of Passau (Germany) and studied at the University of Western Australia (Perth, Australia). Mr. Masannek has experience in providing consultancy services to clients in Russia and Ukraine since 1997. Before joining Görlitz & Partner, Mr. Masannek had worked for major German law firms in Moscow and Nuremberg and major English law firm in Moscow. Mr. Masannek's native language is German. He is business fluent in English and Russian. Mr. Masannek is also responsible for the projects fully or partially carried out in English. He is as well responsible for the projects in Ukraine.

Mrs. Alexandra Guselnikova, partner, graduated from Saint-Petersburg State University and has been working as a lawyer since 2001. Mrs. Guselnikova is specialized in company, labour and real estate law. Mrs. Guselnikova's native language is Russian. She has good command of English and is business fluent in German.

Mrs. Tatyana Sokolova, graduated from Moscow Institute of International Trade and has been working as a lawyer since 2003. Mrs. Sokolova is specialized in real estate, company and intellectual property law. Mrs. Sokolova is business fluent in German and English.

Ms. Yekaterina Seibel, graduated from Ulyanovsk State University and studied in Germany. She has been working as a lawyer for German clients since 2002. She is business fluent in German.

Mrs. Irina Kosmina, graduated from Saint Petersburg State University and has been working as a lawyer since 2005. Mrs. Kosmina’s native language is Russian. She has good command of German and is business fluent in English.

Mrs. Elena Chomjak, graduated from Volgograd State University and has been working for Görlitz & Partner since 2008. Mrs. Chomjak is responsible for registration, immigration and employment permit issues for western companies in Volgograd and Volgograd region.
The activities of the office in Volgograd are coordinated by our Moscow office.


Tax consulting / audit

Mr. Sergey P. Krasheninnikov, partner, admitted as tax consultant, auditor and appraiser in Russia. Since 1993 he has been providing tax consultancy to western investors, performing audits of Russian companies according to local regulations (HB I) and conducting property evaluations. Besides, Mr. Krasheninnikov is responsible for the outsourcing accountancy services and all issues related to bookkeeping.

Mrs. Elena Vasilyeva is admitted as auditor in Russia. She performs audits of Russian subsidiaries of western investors according to Russian regulations, as well as to HGB and IFRS/IAS. Besides, Ms. Vasilyeva has been providing tax consultancy to western investors since 1996. Ms. Vasilyeva's native language is Russian. She is business fluent in German.

Mr. Matthias Ulrich, partner, is admitted as auditor (Wirtschaftsprüfer) in Germany. Together with Ms. Vasilyeva he is responsible for audits of Russian subsidiaries of western investors pursuant to HGB and IFRS/IAS. He is also available in his office in Stollberg, Germany for the questions regarding Russian tax law and international tax structuring.
